Community Cookbook

Submit a recipe to be featured in our 2026 Library Community Cookbook.

Do you have a favorite recipe?

As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, join us in our endeavor to preserve town history through a community cookbook! If you have a favorite recipe, a crowd-pleaser, or any type of go-to recipe please consider submitting it! This is a great way to preserve family recipes and keep old favorites circulating.

Patrons may submit up to 3 recipes each. Scroll down to learn how you can submit a recipe.

Submitting Recipes:

There are two ways to submit a recipe:

  1. You can pick up a paper submission form at the library and write up your submission. Return your filled out recipe form to the front desk and it will be typed up and added to the cookbook.
  2. You can type up your own recipes using the program Typensave. Go to www.typensave.com and fill in the username and password.

    Username: Lawrencelibrary (no spaces)

    Password: cheese540 (no caps)

Follow the prompts to fill out your recipe online and save it.
