Earth Day Celebration
April 16, 2025

Celebrate Earth Day with the Lawrence Library on Saturday, April 19 from 10 AM to 2 PM! Enjoy learning from local committee members and small businesses in a fair-style setting around the library. Our participating vendors include The Invasive and Native Plant Advisory Committee, The Climate Change Committee, The Butterfly Place, The Nashua River Rail Trail Friends, The Nashoba Conservation Trust, Mystic Meadows Gardens, and Pepperell Bees & Honey. Contributors will bring information about sustainable practices, agriculture, pollinators, native and invasive plant species, climate change, and so much more!
Children's activities will be available including seed-starting projects, a fairy garden, and a scavenger hunt around the library! Start the “Earth Day Flower Picture Hunt” in the Children's Activity Center and search the library for hidden flower pictures. The Hunt will take place from 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
The Seed Collective will also be available and will feature new seeds!
No registration is necessary for these events. We hope to see you!
